• What are the benefits of working with Pod Design?
  We are a unique landscape service, in that the design consultation process can be done fully on-line. As a result, there is no need for you to find time to have a designer come to your house. Just answer the questionnaire and upload your photos, at a time of your choosing, and we will do the rest. A landscape designer will then develop a unique design for your garden. The landscape design will then be electronically delivered to you, all done from the comfort of your own home!
• What geographical area does Pod Design cover?
  Because we are web based and we don't generally need to come and visit your property, we cover all of New Zealand. However, if you are interested in our 'In Person' services, we cover the Auckland and Waikato regions.
• Why should I get a landscape design done for my garden?
  Having a landscape design for your garden will save you both time and money. We can design your garden in small steps, such as your entrance area or your backyard entertaining area. This makes the transformation of your unique garden more manageable, both financially and physically. Also, we can create a unique design for your whole garden.

• How do I contact you?
  Simply click on the 'Contact Us' sign on the left hand side of the Pod Design website, leave your contact details and questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Do I have to be a computer whiz to use the 'online' service or the 'What in Earth' service?
  Not at all, we have made the landscape consultation process as simple as possible. You just have to answer a few simple questions and upload some photos of the area of your garden, so you do need to have a digital camera. Any problems just contact us and we will be happy to help.
• How do I pay for my landscape design?
  This can be done using PayPal, which allows you to use your PayPal account or your credit card. You can also make payment via internet banking, the necessary details will be emailed to you.

Landscape Consultation Questions

• How easy is it to get a landscape design with Pod Design?
  We aim to make the landscape consultation process as simple and painless as possible. Once you have answered the initial landscape consultation questionnaire and uploaded a photo of your garden, we will take over to create your unique landscape plan. If we need more information, we will simply get in touch with you and ask the necessary questions, easy.
• I have a really large garden, do I have to do the whole garden at once?
  Not at all. It is not a problem at all to take a small part of your garden and create a landscape design. When you are ready, we can then continue the theme of the original landscape design through into other areas of your garden.
• There is a plant in my garden and I am unsure what it is, can you help me?
  Yes our 'What in Earth' service is there to help you identify an unknown plant. Simply click on the 'What in Earth' sign on the left hand side of the page, follow the directions and we can email back to you the details of your plant. We can also help with any pest and disease problems that you may have.
